The parent company can feel confident that its pilots are in safe hands, receiving top quality training, and are under close supervision.  The school takes care of all the peripheral aspects of training such as arranging housing, health insurance, transportation, and other services as necessary.  The parent company receives periodic reports and recommendations regarding the students’ progress, and if appropriate the school will not hesitate to recommend early termination of training.  School management takes care of unforeseen circumstances such as illness. 

When the training is complete pilots are returned to their home country with appropriate qualifications ready to begin or continue their career as helicopter pilots.  Bristow Academy has had many repeat classes over a period of 10 or more years from several of its best contract customers.  These include Bristow Helicopters, Ltd.
