Tom has been Bristow Academy's representative since 1989 and has seen the school grow from a small facility with 3-4 helicopters until the size of today. Tom works closely with his partners ScanAviation and AviaTraining and as a result of this cooperation is able to assist Bristow Academy students in obtaining training from scratch all the way to type rating on offshore helicopters. As Tom has worked in aviation for so many years he has very good links with helicopter companies, which helps students to get work as pilots when they return home.

Netherlands
In The Netherlands Bristow Academy is represented by Hans Bergsma.Hans started his training at Bristow Academy, Inc. in September 1996 and graduated in July 1997. He worked for Bristow Academy until October 1999. Hans is currently working for CHC NL, flying the S76B and will be converting to the EC-155b1. Both aircraft are dedicated for offshore operations. Hans is also a line training Captain.
